অসম হৈছে প্ৰকৃতি, কলা-সংস্কৃতি, ঐতিহ্যৰে ভৰা এখন চহকী ৰাজ্য। ইয়াত খোদিত হৈ আছে হাজাৰ বছৰীয়া ইতিহাসৰ লিপি। এই চহকী সৌন্দৰ্যক উদ্ভাষিত কৰি তোলাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে ‘জনতাৰ চৰকাৰ (MyGov Assam)’ আয়োজন কৰিছে ‘Assam Through Your Lens’ শীৰ্ষক এখন চুটি-ছবি প্ৰতিযোগিতা। এই প্ৰতিযোগিতাৰ মাধ্যমেৰে বিনন্দীয়া অসমৰ কলা-সংস্কৃতি, পৰম্পৰা আৰু ঐতিহ্যকে ধৰি বিভিন্ন দিশ অডিঅ’ ভিডিঅ’-মাধ্যমৰ যোগেদি এক বিহংগম দৃষ্টিৰে চোৱাৰ প্ৰয়াস কৰা হ’ব। সকলোৰে বাবে মুকলি এই প্ৰতিযোগিতাত অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰি আহক আমি আমাৰ ৰূপহী অসমখনক কেমেৰাৰ মাধ্যমত এক অনন্য ৰূপত দাঙি ধৰাৰ প্ৰয়াস কৰোঅ। অংশগ্ৰহণত আগ্ৰহী সকলৰ বাবে তলত নিয়মাৱলী উপলব্ধ।

চুটি ছবি সমূহ mygovassam@gmail.com ৰ যোগেদি পঠিয়াব লাগিব। প্ৰেৰণ কৰোতে ছবিখনৰ লগতে ছবিখনৰ বিষয়বস্তু সম্পৰ্কে ১০০ টা শব্দৰ ভিতৰত এটা সাৰাংশ আৰু পৰিচালক সহ কলা-কুশলীৰ নাম প্ৰেৰণ কৰাটো বাধ্যতামূলক।

•প্ৰতিযোগিতাত অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰিবলৈ ‘জনতাৰ চৰকাৰ (MyGov Assam)’ ৱেব পৰ্টেলত পঞ্জীয়ন কৰাটো বাধ্যতামূলক।
•এই প্ৰতিযোগিতা সকলোৰে বাবে মুকলি থাকিব।
•সৰ্বোচ্ছ ৫ মিনিট দৈৰ্ঘ্যৰ চুটি ছবি হোৱাটো প্ৰয়োজনীয়।
•ইমেইল যোগে চুটি ছবি প্ৰেৰণ কৰাৰ পাছত ‘জনতাৰ চৰকাৰ (MyGov Assam)’ ৱেব পৰ্টেলৰ প্ৰতিযোগিতা ঘোষণা শাখালৈ গৈ মন্তব্য শিতানত প্ৰেৰণকাৰীৰ নাম আৰু ঠিকনা প্ৰকাশ কৰাটো জৰুৰী।
•চুটি ছবি অসমৰ যিকোনো ভাষাত নিৰ্মিত হ’ব পাৰে। অসমীয়া আৰু ইংৰাজীৰ বাহিৰে অইন ভাষাত প্ৰস্তুত কৰা চুটি ছবিৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত ইংৰাজী ভাষাত চাব-টাইট্`ল থকাটো বাঞ্চনীয়।
•যদিও চুটি ছবি সমুহ অসমৰ যিকোনো বিষয়বস্তুৰ ওপৰত হ’ব পাৰে তথাপি কেন্দ্ৰীভূত বিষয়বস্তু কিছুমান হ’ল – পৰ্যটন, কলা-সংস্কৃতি, থলুৱা খাদ্য, সাজ-পাৰ, নাগৰিকৰ কৰ্তব্য ইত্যাদি
•চুটি ছবি কাহিনী (Fiction) অথবা অ-কাহিনীমূলক (Non-Fiction) হ’ব পাৰে।
•চুটি ছবিৰ মানদণ্ড উচ্চ মানবিশিষ্ট (High Definition) হোৱাটো বাঞ্চনীয়।
•এগৰাকী প্ৰতিযোগীয়ে এখন মাথো চুটি ছবি প্ৰেৰণ কৰিব পাৰিব।
•চুটি ছবিত কোনো কাৰণত আপত্তিজনক বিষয়বস্তু থাকিব নোৱাৰিব।
•সম্পুৰ্ণ গুণগত মানদণ্ড (Complete Packaging) -ৰ (চিত্ৰনাট্য, চিত্ৰগ্ৰহণ, সম্পাদনা, সংগীত, ধাৰা বিৱৰণী, শব্দকে ধৰি) ওপৰত ভিত্তি কৰি বিজয়ী নিৰ্বাচন কৰা হ’ব।
