In today's world, psychological stress and physical health has become a matter of great concern for everyone. As such, it has become an utmost necessity to achieve a balance between our body, mind and soul. In this respect, yoga can benefit us a lot in our daily lives. Yoga, being an age old practice, carries with it the knowledge of yesteryears which when adopted properly can do wonders for many.

Through yoga, one can reap the benefits of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas or postures, thus leading to both physical and mental wellbeing in a person. It provides healing in matters of both psychological stress and physical injury.

Yoga is an ancient art that connects the mind and body.It is an exercise that we perform by balancing the elements of our bodies.
I have completed one year Diploma course in Yoga.Course name is Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga.So, I practice Yoga in daily basis and encourage to my family members and other people to practice Yoga.to more please see attachment

Yoga not only helped me in loosing my weight but also toned my body. Yoga releases stress, depression and anxiety. It gives a new start every morning. It makes my mind more concentrated in studies also. Yoga is super beneficial and one can keep his/her healthier whole life.Man ko calm karta hai yoga

Yoga not only make us self reliance,internally strong,full us with positive energy,it tells we are not the sons of bogies,we are the sons of yogi(who have capabilities to work more than 24hours without any hessitation).and the person who is yogi is the right person to solve the problem of world.A person who is yogi thinks that the world is like his family I.e vashudev kutumbkam.he not only leads the world and shortout the problem and get respect all over the world.in the world.
