In today's world, psychological stress and physical health has become a matter of great concern for everyone. As such, it has become an utmost necessity to achieve a balance between our body, mind and soul. In this respect, yoga can benefit us a lot in our daily lives. Yoga, being an age old practice, carries with it the knowledge of yesteryears which when adopted properly can do wonders for many.

Through yoga, one can reap the benefits of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas or postures, thus leading to both physical and mental wellbeing in a person. It provides healing in matters of both psychological stress and physical injury.
