Share how yoga changed your life

In today's world, psychological stress and physical health has become a matter of great concern for everyone. As such, it has become an utmost necessity to achieve a balance between our body, mind and soul. In this respect, yoga can benefit us a lot in our daily lives. Yoga, being an age old practice, carries with it the knowledge of yesteryears which when adopted properly can do wonders for many.

Through yoga, one can reap the benefits of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas or postures, thus leading to both physical and mental wellbeing in a person. It provides healing in matters of both psychological stress and physical injury.

योग जीवन जीने की कला है। अंतर्मुखी होने से लेकर बहिर्मुखी होने की यात्रा इसके मध्य होने वाले परिवर्तनों के द्वारा जो जीवनी शक्ति हमे प्राप्त होती है उस अनुभूतियों को महसूस किया जा सकता है। योग हमे शारीरिक रूप से ही परिपक्व नहीं बनाती बल्कि मनोवैज्ञानिक, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, आर्थिक और आध्यात्मिक रूप से भी परिपक्व बनाने का कार्य करती है। योग को मैंने पढ़ा नहीं है पर जीवन का हिस्सा जरूर बनाया है।अष्टांग योग ये जीवन के वो सूत्र है जिन्हें मानव अपनाकर महामानव बन सकता है।

Yoga has played a very important role in my life.Since i have been a teacger at school due to the work load i had a lot of stress and fatigue too.but since i have started doing yoga especially surya namaskar and panch namaskar mudra.This is true that i became more enthusiastic.
Yoga is best for physical as well as mental health.so at last i want to suggest that yoga divas is not only to be celebrated one day.It must be celebrted by us everyday.

Yoga practise has the power to decrease the symptoms of depression and anxiety anxiety.
At beginning flow is slow and soft on your body. The practise challenges to go a bit further every time.

YOGA is a ART where one can taste its flavor by doing it regularly.
It calms the inner soul nd removes the toxins of mind, negative thoughts.
If YOGA is adopted in early ages of childhood nd performed regularly, than it's like a strength will be with in us all the time's.
Decades before this art was within us which was thought nd known to world by us.
This ART got very value nd familiarized in the universe vn our beloved PM gave a day to this as international YOGA day.

Our ancient yoga which our sadhus nd seers used to perform has given a great results in their day 2 day's life.
Today in this modern day's of tension nd stress YOGA is a good old nd ancient thing, d vn performed daily reaps lots of benefits.
I used to perform YOGA and PRANAYAMA which changed my practice of living by giving lots of changes in my body nd soul.
My eating habits, sleep nd health took lot of changes to good levels which I enjoyed a lot.
