মানৱ সম্পদে এখন সমাজ তথা এখন ৰাজ্য আৰ্থিক, সামাজিক, শৈক্ষিক, সাংস্কৃতিক আৰু ৰাজনৈতিকভাৱে প্ৰগতিৰ পথত আগুৱাই নিয়ে। উপযুক্ত শিক্ষাৰে যুৱপ্ৰজন্মৰ দক্ষতা বিকাশ সম্ভৱ হ’লেহে প্ৰকৃত মানৱ সম্পদ গঢ় দিব পৰা যায়। আমাৰ ৰাজ্যত দক্ষ মানৱ সম্পদৰ অভাৱৰ বাবে নিবনুৱাৰ সমস্যাটো অধিক জটিল সমস্যা ৰূপে পৰিগণিত হ’বলৈ লৈছে।

সেয়েহে ৰাজ্য চৰকাৰে অসম দক্ষতা বিকাশ অভিযানৰ দ্বাৰা আমাৰ যুৱ প্ৰজন্মক বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্ৰত দক্ষ কৰি তোলাৰ লগতে অসমৰ নিবনুৱা সমস্যাটো দূৰ কৰাৰ উপৰিও উদ্যমিতাৰ ন ন সুযোগ সৃষ্টিৰ লক্ষ্য স্থিৰ কৰিছে। ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা অসমৰ যুৱ প্ৰজন্মৰ উপাৰ্জন বৃদ্ধিৰ লগতে ৰাজ্যখনৰ আৰ্থ সামাজিক দিশটোৰো উন্নয়ন সম্ভৱ হৈ পৰিব।
অসম ৰাজ্যিক দক্ষতা বিকাশ অভিযানে ৰাজহুৱা আৰু ব্যক্তিগত দুয়োটা খণ্ডতে বিভিন্ন দক্ষতা বিকাশ কাৰ্যসূচীসমূহৰ ওপৰত গুৰুত্ব আৰোপ কৰি আহিছে। বিভিন্ন হ্ৰস্বম্যাদী আৰু দীৰ্ঘম্যাদী পৰিকল্পনাৰে এই অভিযানৰ অধীনত সময়ে সময়ে বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্ৰত অসমৰ যুৱ প্ৰজন্মক উপযুক্ত প্ৰশিক্ষণ প্ৰদান কৰি অহা হৈছে।

প্ৰতিযোগিতা-
অসম ৰাজ্যিক দক্ষতা বিকাশ অভিযানে আয়োজন কৰিছে ল’গ’ ডিজাইন প্ৰতিযোগিতা। শ্ৰেষ্ঠ হিচাবে নিৰ্বাচিত হোৱা ল’গ’টো অভিযানৰ অফিচ ৱেবচাইটৰ ল’গ’ হিচাবে ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হ’ব আৰু এই ল’গ’টোৱে অসম ৰাজ্যিক দক্ষতা বিকাশ অভিযানক এক বিশেষ পৰিচয় প্ৰদান কৰিব বুলি আশা কৰা হৈছে।

প্ৰেৰণকাৰীৰ নাম ঠিকনাসহ বিতং তথ্য লগত দিয়াটো প্ৰয়োজনীয়।
নিৰ্বাচিত ল'গ' অসম চৰকাৰৰ সম্পত্তি হিচাবে বিবেচিত হ'ব।
যিকোনো ধৰণে এই ল'গ' অসম চৰকাৰে ব্যৱহাৰ কৰাৰ অধিকাৰ থাকিব।
অসম চৰকাৰে এই প্ৰতিযোগিতা যিকোনো সময়ত বন্ধ কৰাৰ অধিকাৰ লগত ৰাখে।
ল'গ' ডিজাইন সম্পূৰ্ণ নিজা হোৱাটো প্ৰয়োজনীয়।
অসম চৰকাৰৰ সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত হিচাবে বিবেচিত হ'ব।
ল'গ' ডিজাইন একক অথবা দলগত হ'ব পাৰে।

ASDM Logo made using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and some drawings. Except for the map, every element of the logo is original and exclusive. No element of the logo is copied from the internet(as suggested in the rule book).

I have attached the two logo files in JPG format, along with a image consisting of the description of the logo and its elements.

The logo is designed for ASDM. In this logo the book and two peoples indicates that the success is achieved by the learning and proper education. Where good university carries the solution of unemployment problems. In this logo the symbols spanner and screwdriver representing manual labour and youth development. The light blue to dark blue colour arrow indicates that
success of life through hard labour and spirit of surrender to an ideal.

Sir,
Here in my logo pencil indicates to draw the idea first.
Scale indicates to measure one's ability and capacity.
Pen indicates sustained efforts.
A represents greenery Assam and
Boxes symbolise spread or expansion.
Thus with the bucket of pencil,scale and pen i.e. with idea, ability and sustained efforts make best use of potential resources to expand the economic development of Assam.

This logo symbolizes a synthesis of both theoretical and practical aspects of learning,especially in context of the present day demand for skilled human resource in a compititive global market.As concieved,the open book implies conventional theoretical knowledge which is merged and embedded with mechanized/technical skills implied by the tools and wheels in the logo.The two wheels syombolizes dynamism in one's pursuit of knowledge.The upright hand implies our aspiration towards the desired goal.
