To avoid traffic we should teach everyone the meaning of lane driving.Parking is not only the only one issue of traffic jams.Lane driving plays a vital role.Lane driving is mandatory in foreign countries.Government should create a group of team in every location of guwahati and should tell them to stop every four wheeler vehicle and tel them that you should always drive in a particuler lane and should not a change the lane until an unless you need to go to another place by taking that turn.

The one most root cause of traffic jam in city is wrong parking. It must be stopped by putting mandatory rule.public should do parking in the designated place otherwise government should impose a big fine to keep things in control.basement parking is a best way to mitigate traffic jam .drunken driving,unnecessary horning can be stopped by strict law.government should bring awarness among people by putting visual display or inspirational speech by using media or live.
