অসম চৰকাৰৰ বিত্ত বিভাগে অসম বাজেট ২০১৮-১৯ খন জনসাধাৰণৰ কল্যাণকেন্দ্ৰিক কৰাত যথেষ্ট গুৰুত্ব দিছে। ডিজিটেল সেৱাৰ গুৰুত্ব উপলব্ধি কৰি ‘ই-বাজেট’ প্ৰস্তুত কৰাত গুৰুত্ব দিয়া হৈছে যিয়ে জনসাধাৰণক তথ্য যোগোৱাত সহায় কৰিব। জনতাৰ অংশীদাৰ ব্যৱস্থাত বিশ্বাসী বিত্ত বিভাগে দ্বিতীয় বৰ্ষৰ বাজেটৰ বাবে জনসাধাৰণৰ পৰা পৰামৰ্শ বিচাৰিছে।
বিত্ত বিভাগৰ ৱেবচাইট finance.assam.gov.in ত জনসাধাৰণে নিজৰ বহুমূলীয়া পৰামৰ্শ প্ৰদান কৰিব পাৰে। মাই গভ্‍ অসমৰ ৱেবচাইট assam.mygov.in ৰ যোগেদিও বিভিন্ন মতামত আৰু পৰামৰ্শ প্ৰদান কৰাৰ সুবিধা উপলব্ধ। এই বৰ্ষৰ গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ কিছুমান ক্ষেত্ৰ হৈছে :

* Promote and encourage soil less cultivation, so as to be self reliant as far as agriculture is concerned
* Make School education free for all especially to the needy and financially poor class of people
* Establish some canteens in the state to offer subsidized food at minimum cost
* Develop the existing infrastructure and boost the small sectors units
Allocate funds to promote the rich heritage of Assam and introduce the greatest culture to other states as well!
