1.Get good companies in Assam there is huge talent in Assam and people need opportunities.
2.The existing companies pays very less salary compared to employees in other states when people have same education background. Why Assam is framed to be paid less when cost of expenditure is also as par other cities.
3.Improvement in roadways- time bound program is needed to enhance the road service, traffic.

Please get good job opportunities in Assam . Being from Guwahati we need to stay outside far away from home and family . Why cant we have good private MNC's in Assam apart from those bank and sales job. Can we have some good exposure by getting MNC's in Assam too. In last 10 years i can see only survival for job is clearing Bank POs or State civil service exams for which the post and seats are way too less. The need of the hour is get good companies exposure for the people of Assam .

So instead of focusing on the other aspects of development like sports etc. if gov. first make a proper plan of saving our assam from becoming Delhi, then we'll be able to enjoy the other developments properly.
