There are frequent power cuts in gaon panchayats in assam sometimes without any reason isnt that possible to stop them and inform gaon panchayats before such power cuts in our villages there are many small industries where some important works has also been carrried. This is one my vision for rural assam.Prevent frequent power cuts without any reason.

1. USE OF CNG IN GUWAHATI AND KAMRUP METRO FOR ALL TWO, THREE, FOUR WHEELERS
2. EXTENDING CNG RETAIL OUTLETS ACROSS NH37 HIGHWAY FROM GUWAHATI TOWARDS NAGAON BYPASS.
3. DEVELOPING ALTERNATE MODELS FOR TRANSPORTING NATURAL GAS FROM UPPER ASSAM FIELDS WHERE GAS IS BEING FLARED TO TOWNS IN NAGAON, JAGIROAD, GUWAHATI, TEZPUR, GOHPUR, LAKHIMPUR TOWN

1. Better road conditions 2. Education system improvement 3. Farmers living & agri improvement 4. Ice breaking of bureaucrats in all departments 5. Generation of employment, self employment 6. Improvement of electricity 7. Strong administration 8.Improvement of Tourism 9. Proper planning for utelisation of minerals, forest to improve budget 10. Maintain peace & harmony in all communities & neighbor states. 11. Business policy improvement etc.

The most important development is safety of our people so for the safety of the person who is a victim of any case for this the government should give an order to put cctv cameras in all the police stations of Assam by doing this most of the corruption will stop and it make the victims to feel safe. And sir it is a humble request that please dont neglect this topic it is really very important.

Stringent punishment for corruption proved persons. On allotment of funds for damaged/ neglected fields i.e.irrigation/agriculture, river erosion, rural/remote pukka road connectivity, pukka bridges, health/hospital services, drinking water, NH repairing to be visited/under surveillance of leaders/ministers/govt.nominated spl team. Secondly, Source of employment govt/under private sects to be invited/launched in each n every districts of assam for unemployed youths of the state.

1. More defence job should be provided. So, that many young stars will involve and terrorist will reduce.
2.More vocational course should be provided. Such as computer course, hand made training etc.

1. We suffer more casualties on the roads of Assam than border clashes/insurgency during last year. strict Road safety measures with stringent penalty provisions,may be undertaken by the state admn.
2. Women safety and Traficing of girls/children .State admn should pass more strict lagislation to protect the dignity of our Ladies.
3. Development and financial support to small scale Industries as well as Start Up business for faster employment avenues for the people of Assam.

1.Corruption free from all section of the society.
2 Evict all encroachments from hills of the Guwahati, Bharalu River and Deepor beel.
3.Establish a world class University and a management institute.
4.Evict all encroachments from road and footpath of Guwahati.
5.Before making Guwahati a smart city make GMDA and GMC smart otherwise smart city concept will fail.
