Sir development of any place say it urban or rural mainly depend on its infrastructure,in Assam the condition of roads should be given more priority then only we can deliver what we dream, Sir I suggest you that a citizen committee should be created to check the work done by the contractor ,after green signal from this committee only the fund should be released .

It has been experiencing that the main problem for development of agriculture and allied sector in Assam is poor delivering and transferring of technology to grassroots level.The infrastructure for getting appropriate technology and problem solving is still lacking. However, the resource persons (technologists) who actually transfer the technology are not at par with up-to-date knowledge. Farmers do not get advice at their doorstep and so each village should have modern knowledge centre.

Sir I m pursuing btech in ece as your govt has already announced that there will be directorate of it,ECE as a new dept of Assam govt sir when will be recruitment process begin in je and asst engg in that dept

decentralisation of services, devolution of powers to the grassroot level. all the 29 subjects of PRI list should be properly implemented.

I think our goverment take initiatives to use the skileed man power first. All the skilled man power maximum migrate to metro cities like delhi,banglore!!! And also make some good industry to employe the young youth!!!
In the health side assam is progessing rapidly!!
But shortage of medical college and paramedical institute it result shortsge of qualified doctors and other medical professionals...at first give interest in employbility of youth!!!

I am from Sibsagar,Assam and I would like to know when I can able to take benefit of "Solar on grid Net Metering"? I am interested to install roof top solar in my village, but when I approached Electricity board, they said they don't have any schemes for that. The engineer not even heard of"Net Metering On Grid Solar".
