2019 চনৰ বাজেটত বিয়া নোহোৱাকৈ থকা বয়স্ক গাভৰু ছোৱালী বোৰৰ বাবে মাহিলি পেঞ্চনৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিবৰ বাবে অনুৰোধ জনাইছোঁ । অসমত প্ৰায় লাখৰ ওপৰত এনে বিয়া নোহোৱা গাভৰু আছে । তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে এনে এখন পেঞ্চন আচনি বাজেটত ধৰিলে বৰ উপকৃত হব । ধন্যবাদ

Respected Government, I would like to draw your kind attention towards CACHAR, SILCHAR district. The need of the hour in our District are as follows:
1. Good road connectivity, building more bridges, inorder to connect Barak valley with the rest of mainland areas.
2. Frequency of Trains between other states in order to boost economic development.
3. Converting Bengali medium schools into English medium.Not all but maintaining the language as optional who wants to prefer in Bengali.

I want to mention the following
1. To make the citizen conscious towards education.
2. To encourage cultivators for triple cropping.
3. To make 100% Irrigation to paddy field.
4. To take initiative to the youth for doing hard work than agitation.
5. To make communication easy to all including villages.
6. To implement pay as per Central Govt.
7. To increase the standard of living in case of health, drinking water, education etc.
8. To implement the scheme as think necessary by Govt.

I want to draw your kind attention towards
1/ Take initiative to produce Equal education System through out the nation.i.e.One School One Nation.Ther is no difference between the child of PM and a Common man.
2/ Try to implement Equal pay for Equal Work System through out the nation as soon as possible.

3/ Take initiative to secure all those life who are working under various government project like SBM GRAMIN SSA NHM etc as contractual employee as soon as possible.

Create Industrial corridors for new industries to be set up.

1. Proper ecosystem and infrastructure to be developed in Guwahati for IT industry.
2. A Management School in Silchar.

I want you to kindly draw your kind attention towards Pharmaceutical companies. It not only allows big engagement to local manpower but also is a good source of employment for the technical,skilled and semi skilled personnel. Kindly grant them good benefits related to taxes so that they can flourish here in Assam. I saw Sikkim transforming in front of my eyes. Since I am also working in Pharma company from last 11 years,I know very well regarding their need. They can be a good prospect for Assam

1) Indian Institute of Travel & Tourism Management
2) "Assam Tourism" Portal and App like MyGov Assam.
3) Institute of Indigenous Knowledge
4) Seed Bank in every block.
5) Open Agriculture School, Agriculture in Primary School curriculum.

Sir kindly facilitate online challan for movement of river boulders from Forest Department through ease of doing business.in.

All departments except Forest Department has not opened the window for yearly forest renewal online..This will provide less visit in office and facilitate fast movement of files.

Health: low cost medicine should be available in all hospital. We generally don't find all the requisite medicines in govt. Medical store. There also various incidents of corruption in such area. So please allocate more budgetary support which immediately helps the people.
Education: minimum 3 teacher for enrollment above 50 in lp school.
Agriculture: initiative to involve technology in farming and local agriculture planning should be made through panchayet.
Infrastructure: road construction.
