Respected Chief Minister,. First all weather good road connectivity should be created linking tourist spots. Second, Mechanism should be created that all tourist spot and it's surrounding and road leading to spots remain in world class in cleanliness. For sustainable long term benefit and to compete with other destinations we should limit the picnic culture very near to important tourist spot .

2017 is the "International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development". Hence give importance to sustainable ways only.

promote local rice based beverages found in assam. Different communities in assam hv diff rice based beverages. Tourist will find it as testing the culture of that community itself. Himachal has its fuit wines. Assam can hv its rice wines too. Only few other countries in world hv rice wine, japan / china etc. It is hard to amend liquer law in India. 2.An animated film can also be framed highlighting about the main features of the specific tourist spot.
3.A handbook can also be issued to the visitors,specifying the historical background of the place.(It should be in multi language format).
4.A water show & laser show can also be arranged near the tourist spot.
5.Hygienic food stalls should be installed near the spot,with nominal rates.

Sir, The BPL card is need to renew in an interval of 10 years . Because there ara many family which have a BPL card even they have a govt. Job or their income is more than 2.2 lac/year.. So such family don't a BPL card.. Than card can be given to other poor family..

Sir, at present time All Sc/ST catagory has get priority to all Govt. Job or admission to Govt. College or Any medical and engineering institute. They also get govt. Scolarship although they are not belongs to BPL catagory. If in a govt. Serviece man is present in a family then a student from the family have uncapable of such types of scolarship or priority. Because there are many student of BPL catagory. So i thik this rule is affect to our

Sir,A tourist wants safety, hassle free travelling, good accommodation, quality food, good behavior and correct information.The above facilities can be provided through trust worthy reputed package tour operators, who are monitored by Government so that they don't indulge in fraud. The Government can encourage hotels, travel agencies to develop tour packages for Assam and Northeast and advertise them at Airports, railway stations, online platforms, TV, radio etc as is done in other states.
