The COVID-19 pandemic has inevitably drived us all to lay focus on health and immunity. Also, because people are spending more time at home due to lockdown and curfews and physical activity has been restricted, it has become even more important to practise some form of physical activity to stay fit and active. Yoga, as we know, is a great medium to promote overall health -- physical, mental and spiritual.
