As India enters a period of 21-day nationwide lockdown to contain the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, the most essential thing in the current situation is to build a positive attitude towards life while being at home. Instead of letting hopelessness and boredom cast a dark shadow over us, we can use this moment as a period of self-care and family time. There are various activities which can be done at home to maintain a healthy mindset such as -- craft work, terrace gardening, cooking, house cleaning, reading, listening to music, watching movies, playing indoor and online games, etc. It is important to remember that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Bearing this in mind, let us move forward with an optimistic outlook in the upcoming days and engage in productive activities at home.

In these 21 days I participated in many online contests and trying to recognise my inner talents , I have won 3 online contests from them and still taking part in other online contests . In these days I am spending my most of the time in refining my hobbies like painting , cooking , etc. I am also working on Sankalp Project and Environment Friendly Project these days.I am also participating in EXERCISE NCC YOGDAN FIRST AGAINST COVID-19 and BSG COVID WARRIORS.

নিজৰ কৰ্মৰত বিদ্যালয়ৰ ছাত্ৰ ছাত্ৰী সকলক WhatsApp জৰিয়তে পঢ়াই আছো, ঘৰৰ ওচৰত থকা মানুহক COVID-19 ৰ বিষয়ে কৈছো যে আমি ঘৰতে থাকি কিদৰে কৰোনা বেমাৰৰ পৰা নিজকে তথা নিজৰ পৰিয়ালৰ লোকক বচাব পাৰো । লগতে সিহঁতক প্ৰত্যেক ৩০ মিনিট সময়ৰ মূৰে মূৰে ২০ ছেকেণ্ড কেনেদৰে হাত ধুব লাগে সেয়াও শিকাইছো । ঘৰতে শাকপাচলিৰ বাবে বাৰি পাতিছো । এই বন্ধৰ সময়ছোৱাত ঘৰতে মা, দেউতা, পত্নী, সৰু ভাইটি আৰু নিজৰ লৰাৰ লগত এক মধুৰ সময় পাৰ কৰিছো ।

I have been doing regular chores and continuing my job responsibilities (over phone) . Also to keep my mind unaffected during this lockdown I have been engaging myself in few activities like doing artworks, reading novels, and cooking . These activities help me to keep myself calm . ঘৰ খন পৰিষ্কাৰ কৰি ৰাখিবলৈ অলপ চেষ্টা কৰো।অলপ সময়ৰ জিৰণি লও।কি কি কৰিলো তাকে মনত পেলাই আৰু কি কাম থাকিল সেয়া লৈ চিন্তা কৰোঁ। এনেকৈ দিন গৈ আছে।

Namasker, 5.30am woke up, 5.45am -preyer, 6.30am clean my home insaid and outside, 7am -beathing, 7.30am -puza, 9am-breakfast, 9.30am-self study and teach my son also news analysis, 2pm -lunch, 4pm to 6pm-gardening, 7pm-self study and news analysis, 10pm-Dinner, 11pm-He praphu save us from disaster covid-19and Sleep....
