The walking zone is creating a lot of traffic congestion. If it is shifted to the Uzanbazar Ghaat road beside Brahmaputra will be a good step where very lesser numbers of vehicle ply at any given time. Which has a good ambience and the traffic shall not be disturbed.

This is a general concern that when industry will grow in Kamrup there will be a lot of human influx. If the nearby districts are connected with a high speed train service rather than metro within the city only. This influx can be controlled to an extent and traffic condition will also improve within Guwahati. Moreover creating development in the less populated areas a bit.
