योग करने से शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ जाती है। नशों में ब्लड का संचार सही गति से होने लगता है।ध्यान लगा रहता है। पसीना निकलता है। इसी वजह से योग ने हमारे जीवन को बदल दिया।

যোগাভ্যাস জীৱনৰ এক গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ ভূমিকা পালন কৰা । ইয়াৰ দ্বাৰা আমি নিজকে নিয়ন্ত্ৰিত কৰিব পাৰো তাৰোপৰি ই এক এনে এক শক্তি যি আমি নকৰা কামো কৰিবলৈ সম্ভৱ। মই পঢ়িবৰ সময়ত টোপনি আহিছিল কিন্তু এতিয়া যোগভ্যাসৰ কৰি কৰি ট্ৰাটক কৰাৰ ফলত মোৰ এতিয়া পঢ়িবৰ সময়ত টোপনি নাহে আনকি মই আগতে বহুত শকত আছিলোঁ খং বেছি ওঠিছিল মূৰ বিষ আছিল গাটো ভাগৰ ভাগৰ লাগি থাকিছিল আমনি আমনি লাগি থাকিছিল একোতেই মন লগা নাছিল কিন্তু এতিয়া সম্পূৰ্ণ সুস্থ এতিয়া আগৰ দৰে নহয় ।এতিয়া সম্পূৰ্ণ নিয়ন্ত্ৰণত আছে । এয়া সকলো সম্ভৱ হৈছে যোগভ্যাসৰ কাৰণ

When you are in deep thought and anxious, take a deep breath,close your eyes and gradually and gently leave your breath.Repeat the process for some times. You will feel relaxed. This is experience. Experience is the best teacher for simple and effective yoga.

Yoga has been the oldest form of practice to help us to UNITE our SOUL with the SOURCE (Yoga = JOG = ADD or UNITE).
I have been practicing for quite a few years now and it did change my life to a great extent. I am practicing HEARTFULNESS Meditation, which is simplest form of Raja yoga. It has helped me to overcome any tension, anxiety, negativity very easily and has developed a great capacity within me to accept the situation as it comes with same positivity and with an emotional balance.

YOGA has transformed my life into a stronger and confident level. With regular practice of 'yogasanas' many of my physical and emotional uncertainty got over and I rediscovered myself in a new and better perspective. No doubt, it is through the process of yoga that we can channelize our life towards a positive direction,bringing about many suitable changes in life. Yoga is my life!!! I urge and appeal to all to follow a particular time early morning to practise yowith correct posture.
