অসম আভ্যন্তৰীণ জল পৰিবহণ উন্নয়ন সমিতি ৰাজ্যিক পৰিবহণ বিভাগৰ এটা স্বায়ত্বশাসিত সংস্থান। ৰাজ্যৰ জল পৰিবহণ ক্ষেত্ৰখনত ব্যৱস্থাপনা, নিৰীক্ষণ আৰু সমন্বয় ৰক্ষা কৰাটো এই সংস্থাৰ মূল উদ্দেশ্য। অসম আভ্যন্তৰীণ জল পৰিবহণ উন্নয়ন সমিতিয়ে ৰাজ্যৰ আভ্যন্তৰীণ জল পৰিবহণ প্ৰণালীৰ মসৃণ কাৰ্যপ্ৰণালীৰে পৰিবহণ ক্ষেত্ৰখনত আগভাগ লোৱাৰ লগতে দূৰ্যোগ ব্যৱস্থাপনা আৰু নদী পৰ্যটনৰ ওপৰতো গুৰুত্ব দি আহিছে। আভ্যন্তৰীণ জল পৰিবহণ বিভাগে বৰ্তমান ৰাজ্যখনলৈ বিনিয়োগকাৰীসলক আকৰ্ষিত কৰিছে। অন্যন্য পৰিবহণ সেৱাতকৈ এই পৰিবহণ সেৱা হৈছে কম খৰছী আৰু পৰিৱেশ অনুকূল। সেইবাবে এই সংস্থাই ৰাজ্যৰ জল পৰিবহণ নেটৱৰ্ক শক্তিশালী কৰাৰ লগতে জনসাধাৰণৰ আহ-যাহ কৰাত সহায় কৰি আহিছে।
প্ৰতিযোগিতা
অসম আভ্যন্তৰীণ জল পৰিবহণ উন্নয়ন সমিতয়ে আগ্ৰহী প্ৰতিযোগী সকলক এটা ল’গ’ সাজি উলিওৱা প্ৰতিযোগিতাত ভাগ ল’বলৈ আমন্ত্ৰণ জনাইছে। এই লগ’টোৱে সংস্থাৰ আনুষ্ঠানিক ল’গ’ হিচাবে নিজৰ এক সুকীয়া পৰিচয় দাঙি ধৰিব। ডিজিটেল পৃথিৱীত এই ল’গ’টোৱে সংস্থাটোক বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্ৰত কাৰ্যপন্থা, যোগাযোগ আৰু সেৱা প্ৰদানৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত অৰিহণা যোগাব।

কাৰিকৰী চৰ্ত :
• ডিজাইনসমূহ JPG, PDF অথবা PNG ফৰ্মেটত পঠিয়াব লাগিব।
• ইলাষ্ট্ৰেটৰ যোগে কৰা আৰ্টৱৰ্ক গ্ৰহণীয় হ’ব। কোনো ধৰণৰ ইম্পৰ্ট কৰা ফাইল গ্ৰহণীয় নহ’ব।
• সকলো ফন্ট আউটলাইনলৈ কনভাৰ্ট কৰাটো প্ৰয়োজনীয়।
• ল’গ’ আৰ্টৱৰ্কৰ আটাইতকৈ সৰু অংশটো কমেও ২ ইঞ্চি দীঘল হ’ব লাগিব।
• ফাইল হাই ৰিজলিউচন হোৱা বাঞ্চনীয়। কমেও ৩০০ পিক্সেল প্ৰতি ইঞ্চিত (১০০% আকাৰত)

• এবাৰ পঠিওৱা ল’গ’ ডিজাইন কোনো কাৰণতে ঘূৰাই পঠিওৱা নহয়।
• চূড়ান্ত নিৰ্বাচিত ল’গ’ অসম চৰকাৰ সম্পত্তি হিচাবে বিবেচিত হ’ব আৰু ডিজাইনাৰৰ ইয়াৰ ওপৰত কোনো কৰ্তৃত্ব নাথাকিব।
• নিৰ্বাচিত ল’গ’ৰ প্ৰিন্ট, ব্যৱহাৰ আৰু পুনৰ নিৰ্মাণৰ সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰ্তৃত্ব অসম চৰকাৰৰ হাতত থাকিব।
• সকলো উল্লিখিত নিয়ম মানি চলাটো প্ৰতিযোগীসকলৰ কৰ্তব্য। অসম চৰকাৰ এই ক্ষেত্ৰত কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ ওচৰত জবাবদিহি নহ’ব।
• নিৰ্দ্দিষ্ট সময়ৰ ভিতৰত পোৱা সকলো ডিজাইন বিশেষজ্ঞৰ এক জুৰীৰ দ্বাৰা পৰীক্ষা কৰা হ’ব।
• অসম চৰকাৰৰ যিকোনো সময়ত এই প্ৰতিযোগিতা বাতিল কৰাৰ কৰ্তৃত্ব থাকিব।
• শ্ৰেষ্ঠ প্ৰতিযোগীয়ে ২০০০০ টকাৰ নগদ ধন লাভ কৰিব আৰু ল’গ’ ৰ সকলো কৰ্তৃত্ব অসম চৰকাৰলৈ বদলি কৰিব।
• ডিজাইন নিজা হোৱাটো প্ৰয়োজনীয়। এই ডিজাইনৰ আঁৰত কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষ জড়িত থাকিব নোৱাৰিব।
• ডিজাইন ব্যক্তিগত অথবা দলীয় প্ৰচেষ্টা হ’ব পাৰে।
• সকলো ডিজাইনৰ একোটাকৈ চমুটোকা থকাটো প্ৰয়োজনীয় আৰু অসম আভ্যন্তৰীণ জল পৰিবহণ উন্নয়ন সমিতিক ই কেনেদৰে প্ৰতিনিধিত্ব কৰিব সেয়া উল্লিখিত থকা প্ৰয়োজন।
• এগৰাকী প্ৰতিযোগীয়ে এটাতকৈ অধিক ল’গ’ ডিজাইন প্ৰেৰণ কৰিব নোৱাৰিব।

This logo has 2 main elements - A boat and a japi which also represents a wheel.
The boat is a means of transport on water. The upward direction and sleek lines of the boat show speed, which can also represent speedy implementation of projects by AIWTDS.
The Japi is a unique element representing Assam. Here, It is also a wheel in motion which represents transport and movement.
Also a simple form of a leaf with the boat shows enhancement of the natural beauty of the State by AIWTDS.

The concept of my Design is based on the Asaamese Japi which is represented by the steering wheel of a ship, the colour of the base of the ship is of green shade to represent the life line of our Assam Inland Water Transport and the structure on top of the ship represents Our Rang Ghor

EXPLAINATION OF THE LOGO:
I have designed the logo in monochrome because all the part of the logo should distinctly visible from a distance, in black monochrome the visibility of the logo increases. For better visibility the white background of the logo should always be there. With the white background the logo can be placed on any coloured surface without affecting its visibility.

I have attached a separate pdf file to explain the component of the logo.

This logo represents the inland water transport development society. This logo reflects the various components of the river resources of assam.Basically this logo consists of a river,dolphin,a boat,a bridge.The river here glorifies the rich water resource of our state,the dolphin signifies value of rivers of assam.The state of assam has a great dependency on the boats and ships in facilitating transportation across the waters,both tourists and the people living in influence of river.

Through this logo we come across a symbol of ship i.e. the anchor, also a mini boat has been depicted amidst floating waters.
On the left and right side of the logo two steering wheels of a ship are depicted too.
The logo is circular with two concentric circles in it holding all the depictions and texts.
