Where can we find details of all the proposed plans under this Gramya Unnayan Yojana ? We can bring in large investments into Assam in sectors such as Innovative Agriculture, Renewable and Sustainable Energy, etc.

For broadband, we can team up with various providers like Act. Act is pretty fast in Karnataka and pretty much affordable too. Or we can develop the local broadband companies as well. We can develop various senior citizen clubs in every nook and corner of the villages and develop organic farms and yoga activities within the parameters of the clubs. Thus youth and senior people will have more platforms to bond over and also, the elderly people could be happier. Thank you.

Also, we should focus more on giving proper education and employment to our citizens first rather than thinking to nationalize people from other countries. Can the government please make all the people who work/related in the tea estates educated? What about free education to them? We have numerous monuments built in Ahom era etc. We can develop,conserve them as tourist spots. We can actually learn from a small country like Malaysia where tourism is much more focused and yes, less corrupted too.

Hello. Rather than spending crores on celebrities for tourism ads, we can first improve our state. Many villages do not have street lights, also may be electricity for that matter. We should provide electricity and street lights. The schools under state board should be given more attention to develop infrastructure and hidden talents. Moral education should be included in school curriculum. Let's try to be 'Secular' in true sense. India is a home to all religions. Thank you.

Many villager do not know the scheme that govt have taken for village development.
1.govt. Should focus on awareness team that goes to each and every corner of the state and make awareness camps .. ! Make the villagers aware about every scheme and how do they can access to it.
2.Performing awareness camps on colleges and universities.
3. Need to promote environmental concern and sustainable development policies.
4.Village Developement competition should be taken and need to provide award.

For a long time Assam has faced the wrath of Brahmaputra during the rainy season. So we can build channels in order to distribute the water to our neighbouring states like Nagaland, Mizoram where they face water shortages. The channels could be covered with solar modules just like they did in Gujarat. Assam being a water surplus state could ask it's rural population to harvest rainwater and sell them to other state govts which face acute water shortages.

The Government must establish Poultry and Diary Estates at every Panchayat level for self-employment opportunities and making the state self-sufficient in these products.

We need to ensure that the Rs 30,000 Crore earmarked for CMS-GUY is properly utilised. For this purpose, one useful principle will be to roll-out various sub-missions (probably there are 9 of them) on a pilot basis, learn from the experience and then scale it up. Bing-bang roll-out should be avoided.

We need to build an organization in each village.this organization will comprise of educated youth who wants to participate and lives in that village. I like the E-gram mission which will help people to use the benefits of modern technology.We can use solar street lights. and we can install many solar panels for electricity problem in villages.
