The best place to visit is the Brahmaputra river side especially during winter you can see the beautiful sunset,

I like Kamrup Kamakhya,it is an sakhtiphit. All Tanrik are coming there for Tantra Sadhana. It is in Gawhati near the Nilachal hill.It is an so beautiful place. We are getting peace of mind there.In all over Assam natural beauty is there a and attractive festival as well as foods.

Darjeeling is the best to address Asam as a tourism destination. My Fav place in Assam is Mazbat, its a place having 7 tea states together and with full of greenary. This place is just near to Arunachal border, which has great landscape of hills and greenary. People must visit to Mazbat(Udalguri).

Majhuli Island is one of my favorite places amidst the beauty of peace. Majuli Island is connected to the Brahmaputra River and has a beautiful landscape. Dance music and plays of the Vaishnava sect can be seen here. Several types of sessions were produced here.
