Logo Design Competition on State Innovation and Transformation Aayog

State Innovation and Transformation Aayog (SITA) is formed under the aegis of Transformation and Development Department with the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam as its Chairman. The mandate of SITA is to work as an advisory body to Government of Assam and take up various developmental works by identifying priorities in wide range of areas such as infrastructural and industrial development in the line with Make in Assam and Act East Policy, regeneration and revival of sick industries including tea sector, management and development of river water resource etc.

SITA also guides Government in coordination and division of responsibilities between the Government and the different layers of governance which include Panchyati Raj Institutions, Autonomous and Territorial council etc. to name a few. Moreover, SITA monitors and evaluates the impact and the modes of implementation of Government Schemes within the State. The functions of SITA are fully guided by the Sustainable Development Goal and the vision for the state of Assam.

With the aim to make its presence felt among various Govt. departments and agencies and the public in general, SITA is contemplating to have its own distinct logo and hence organised an open logo competition through ‘MyGov Assam’, where interested talents are requested to send their logos on SITA to ‘MyGov Assam’.

Selected best entry will be awarded with a cash prize.
