The “Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam” is organising a logo design competition, where the logo should highlight the focus areas of the Department.

The “Panchayat & Rural Development Department” of Assam is actively associated with enhancement of livelihood opportunities, alleviation of poverty, creation of an environment of social security, working towards economic inclusion of rural poor families, sanitation etc among many other functions in the State. The main objective of the Department is to empower rural Assam through implementation of a number of welfare schemes and programmes. It seeks to develop rural infrastructure, alleviate poverty, generate employment opportunities, remove regional imbalance and provide housing for rural poor, so that our rural economy can grow effectively.

• Development of Rural Infrastructure
• Rural Housing
• Sanitation
• Eradication of Poverty
• Rural Employment Opportunities

Prize Money: The winner will receive a cash prize of Rs. 25,000.

Logo design for Panchayat & rural development. Hope this logo covers all the fields that provided on the mygov page. Happy to create it for Panchayat & rural development department. I just modified the previous one

The tractor here which is shown in the logo signifies agricultural development of Assam , whereas the banyan tree symbolizes the power of local governance(Panchayati Raj). the houses symbolizes the schemes proposed by the government such as Aawas Yojna and Swachcha Bharat Abhiyan and the blue hands displays the overall upliftment of our State Assam.
Note- This logo Is Hand Made.
