Witch hunting is specific to only areas with low economic development. It's futile to raise awareness or educate people wwith strong believe in superstitions. Only economic development can stop evils like witch hunting as it will propagate exposer and modern thoughts among people.

Right education is the only means to stop witch hunting.Humanity needs a light of the right thought and the right attitude to have a clear picture of the actual facts and truth. We human beings ought to be aware of the diversity of education in everyone's life. Wrong beliefs and practices must be removed from the mind and the concept of right education must be awakened within.

Assam Witch Hunting Bill 2015 is enacted with strict punishment but awareness building is more important in such cases. Regular campaigning, awaring and educating local people of targeted areas will help to make difference in future

Witch hunting is one of the pathetic and inhuman approach towards society. Government should strengthen local youth, SHGs and other stakeholders to awaring the facts and prejudice behind the malpractices. Regular awareness camping may lead to a safer world.

The Details of the Assam Witch Hunting(Prohibition,Prevention and Protection) Bill need to be circulated to the general people, especially in the remote rural regions. TV ads, Promotional videos, Short Films, Children's Films, Documentaries, Online Group Discussions, Debates, Talk Shows & Opinion Polls etc. Online Drawing Competitions may be held. People need to refer to valuable books, research papers & seminar papers on the negatives of Witch Hunting. Let's Educate them truly!

To create awareness on the issue local leaders, education is the, non governmental organisation, youth clubs as well as well local administration should discuss the issues in those areas where these incidents occurred earlier. Education and high awareness level on the issue will definitely help to curb the social menace. Student organisations can play instrumental role in this regard.
