• Identify strategic no traffic zones at city areas.
• Put permanent street bollard to separate no traffic zones; so that pedestrian can move around without concentrating on nearby traffic.
• Smoothen the street/ walkways/ footpath from potholes so that pedestrian can escape from trap.
• Relocate existing road side vendors and eateries to those no traffic zones. Don’t kill their business, since it’s not a crime; but assign a business friendly locality for their survival as well.

• Brahmaputra Attractions: Remove all the easy access toilets from its banks. If necessary build some convenient toilets that can cater demand by keeping hygiene at top most position. The river side automatically become suitable for domestic and local users.
• To sustain in longer run a good governance must be in place for each attraction.

• Standardized all public convenient installations at national or international standards.
• Remove all commercial sign boards and banners from each and every government institution.
• STOP sharing of same sign board for an institution (specially public and government) with a telecom company or cement company name and brand. It’s looks so UGLY and POOR. It carries negative impression rather than positive ones about the institution.

• Develop footpaths at cities and towns. Nobody wants to jump in to an open sewage canals or drains.
• Introduce proper garbage collection facilities in and around the cities and towns.
• Don’t encourage to install different styles and types of garbage collection bins in and around cities from different volunteer organization, commercial institutions and public corporations. It’s looks absolutely odd and never meet the demands.
