Sir, the unemployed youths (both educated and uneducated) requires a direction to contribute towards the fulfillment of the scheme.
1/ please recruit some experienced fellows who can guide such youths in every field, so that they feel free to express their problems
2/ please arrange mobile seminars by road ways and at market place, so that mass youths can be informed about the scheme
Sir, according to me these two points are very necessary in order to direct our youths of village.

Sir, in the introduction note from the Govt, minimum details of the proposed schemes like the Fishery Mission, Milk Mission, Organic Mission etc should be provided. This will help us understand better about the Plans & Programs planed under such schemes.
This is no doubt a big step towards participatory democracy but the challenge
to sustain such initiatives are also very big.

Our farmers are not getting the appropriate value of the product, due to lack of transportation and dealing communication with the middleman they are always deprived and finally they are not getting there proper rate, if you take any organized initiative for the farmers against proper rate, they will be enough motivate and agriculture become a key livelihood.

Keeping in view Assam's geographical location, Innovative Agricultural technologies such as Aquaponics or Hydroponics should do pretty well. Organic cultivation coupled with Acuaculture, Spices, Poultry and Dairy farming, Raising Ducks should be at the grass root level. Warehousing, Coldstorage, Processing & Packaging, and Logistics need to be integrated as well.
All this needs big money, skilled manpower, and technology that are not locally available. We at Subcontracts India can arrange all.
