Lunching new schemes are in trend now, but what about the existing schemes or facilities??
Govt. should concentrate on the basic need of our rural people like water for farming, road to reach their home/farm, light etc.

Govt. official of above said department should to visit regularly to village and to interact with the people for the govt. facilities. Department like irrigation, rural road development are seems to be exists only in files but not practically !!!

Sir, my suggestion would be to in each & every village make one all in one multipurpose complex spread. Where all Residents,Offices,Trading Shops, school, hospital,Hotels,Police station, etc.By doing that
1.We can save space which directly will save mother nature.
2.Villagers can concentrate on more on firming as more space will be available for more scope to productivity.
3.Very few requirement of Vehicles which directly helps by reducing pollution.
4. Good law&order transparency,gud living

Dear Team, Just a thought. When the world is going to Mars we still are trying to uplift the villages. concerned about the roads, Lacking in proving Electricity. what went wrong? why people dont know Assam the way they knows punjab or Harayana or the Entire south for that matter. are we less talented? do we lack brains ? do we fear taking Risk?
why is it so difficult to do business in Assam? why industry presence in Assam is so less. why we cannot provide a better living standards to people?

1.Heath care facility should be improved in the block level, Govt. already provided it provided through NRHM, but there are no proper facility in the Govt. hospital, lack of equipment, staff not present in the hospital
2. There should awareness program for clean water consumption.
3. Every house hold have electrify network but there is no electricity
4. There should be a department were farmers can sell the product and that department can sell to the other state

Sub--Four Laning of NH31 stretch from Boxirhat(Assam-West Bengal Road) to Chaprakata.
With due respect and humble submission I would like to request you to consider the matter mentioned above. This National Highway stretch from Boxirhat needs urgent attention as this is a vital route from the whole of Northeast. The movement of vehicles has severely increased and the road needs urgent widening.Besides casualties resulting from accident has also increased due to narrow wide.

Readiness of basic infrastructure @ Road/Electricity/Water and proper storage may be taken into consideration. Further, the logistics & storage may be outsourced to professional 3PL parties for ensuring proper maintenance of storage facility and timely movement. Involvement of local youth power to ensured in such 3PL's.
Basic SCM fundamentals and a end to end roadmap analysis by professionals may be considered
