We need meditation for 5 minutes in every. Stress can reduce by meditation. On the other hand, we remove unwanted thinking from brain... So best of luck to friends who prepare for upcoming board exam. Read carefully.

পূৰ্বৰ আৰ্হি প্ৰশ্ন কাকত চাই এটা ধাৰণা কৰি দৰকাৰী কথাবোৰ সাৱলীলভাৱে পঢ়ি যাব লাগে।। তদুপৰি, পুষ্টিকাৰক খাদ্য তথা স্বাস্থ্যকৰ খাদ্য গ্ৰহণ কৰিব লাগে, টোপনি খতি কৰিব নালাগে, সৰ্বশক্তিমান জনক প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিব লাগে, ফলাফলক লৈ অধিক চিন্তিত হ'ব নালাগে, মনটো পজিটিভ ৰাখিব লাগে ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি।।

I passed my Board exams in 2014 and 2016.First time when will you give board exam you will fell nervous but after that you will feel like that this is normal exam.You should never feel nervous when you are in exam hall.So, relax and give your paper very patiencely and happily.
