The thought of board exams nearing may lead to stress to many students and parents. At times, it is often seen that students suffer the most due to their lack of stress management skill, leading to physical and psychological distress in the form of anxiety, overthinking, eyes strain and even body ache, which hampers their performance in exams.

Besides, some parents are too much consumed by the idea of being their children to be one of the best performers in their batch or school or their neighbourhood. The children are pushed into a rat race that sometimes leads to serious repercussions.

MyGov Assam, in order to de-stress the board examinees, is inviting ideas from parents, teachers and all others concerned to exchange their ideas and tips on overcoming exam stress so that the students perform their best.

#Beat the stress
We should never take stress with exam because this is part of our life.If we will take stress with exam then we will never become a successful person.We should face all things which happen in our life happily and strongly.we should give our exam without any tension and stress.For beating stress we should take help of our parents and Nature.Because Nature is best helling agent of any stress.

A balanced daily life inclusive of a little bit of meditation, as well as a planned and systematic study schedule through out the year will do the job. The parents and the teachers should inculcate the feeling in students that there is no fear in failure.

The exam anxiety is a perennial issue.It will happen in every year.The foremost duty and responsibility to exit from the anxiety is not surrounded to the students only, it is the duty of all i.e parents, teachers, elders, neighbours, friends and so on. So If we make the students a free environment and open outlet to face exam, the stress will automatically come down. One or two examination can’t evaluate fully a person’s ability or calibre. Then why we try to run inside the train to reach home.

During exam days, obviously, students may try to keep a READY-RECKONER to remind them 'what they must remember'. Moreover, tey need to keep telling themselves very loud and clear : "Yes,I,too,can accomplish my short-term goal with all honest hardwork & a very positive attitude!" Though it is very tough to control the thoughts mixed with anxiety,
on the part of every student,before exam, yet no one must be left out without personal care & moral boosting that could rebuild their inner strength.

Exams can be divided in more parts like assignment, fieldwork,curricular work. Make education turn into a game and do this from the preliminary to higher level. Put marks in each and every activity.encourage them and train them. Don't burden them.
