After the Grand success of GUNOTSAV, Government is going to organize SWASTHYA UTSAV. My humble submission is to organize KARMOTSAV in every administrative departments/offices(Excluding Health establishment) of Government of Assam so that really G2C and G2B services can be deliverd efficiently to the end users.It will also change the images of govt. offices as well as its employees.

1. Develope Community Radio centres in Each LACs for better implementing of schemes with grass roots public participations.
2. Instead conducting Gunoutsav we better develope some Arts & Crafts programs right from Lower standards .Atleast we can build our children Skillful right from their childhood .
3. Allot maximum funds on income Generating Programs.

NHM emoloyees doing same things at minimum/no facilities..wages are not at par nd no social security schemes applicable to them..Hope this coming budget address these issues..Thanks

৪) প্ৰতিটো উন্নয়ন খণ্ডত বনবিভাগৰ উদ্যোগত থলুৱা বনদৰৱৰ নাৰ্ছাৰী স্থাপন
৫)প্ৰতিটো পঞ্চায়তত অত্যাধুনিক সুবিধাৰে সুসজ্জিত প্ৰশিক্ষণ ভৱন, তথ্য কেন্দ্ৰ, পুথিভঁড়াল, প্ৰদৰ্শনী গেলেৰী সহ কৃষক কেন্দ্ৰ।
৬) প্ৰতিটো পঞ্চায়তত একোখন আদৰ্শ উদ্যান শস্যৰ বাগিছা সহ আদৰ্শ মীন কেন্দ্ৰ স্থাপন।

My idea of a good budget will give more emphasis on these areas.
1) allocate more money on roads. Assam need all weather roads,more roads, better roads, better connectivity.
2) healthcare
a) more funds for hygiene maintenance, better supply of medicine.
{b)more doctors needed
3) electricity needs to be looked upon too
4) tourism- boost rural roads, develop roads that connects tourist places, develop parks.
5) a better industrial policy.

Assam Medical Service Corporation should be established as like Tamilnadu Medical Services Corporation to strengthen the quality and availability of medicines at government health institutions. More emphasis should be given to primary health care centers to reduce the burden of tertiary health care institutions of assam. Health sector jobs like health educator, health inspector, MPW, SW should be reserved for Paramedical Degree/Diploma holders to improve the quality of health service.
