4.I am given to understand that if a person need to do some govt. official work, without paying bribe it’s very difficult to complete the task.
Govt employees does not work for salary instead they work for extra money. They work to get paid or earn under the table.

3. Employees should be encouraged to take paid/sick leave even for half day, short leave whenever required. I have hardly seen a single employee exhausting his leave and taking unpaid leave. Is this means govt employees does not require leave ?
Honestly speaking, employees are managing almost everything in office. Employees does not report office for 20-25 days continuously and if asked came know that managing office somehow. Even all the attendance processes of govt office can be manipulated.

2.All govt. Employees should work atleast for eight hours excluding breaks irrespective of their work location or home location. Majority employees in Assam is in private sector wherein they are forced to work beyond eight hours also but on the other side govt employees are enjoying their jobs by working around 3-5 hours per day.

1.People prefer govt schools only for job not for study. I doubt if any of school teacher’s children study in govt school or not.
Assam govt. should make it compulsory for govt. Employees across all level to enrol their children in govt schools atleast 7-8 years of first 10 years.
