Vegetables are well-known for being good for your health. Most vegetables are low in calories but high in vitamins, minerals and fiber. However, some vegetables stand out from the rest with additional proven health benefits, such as the ability to fight inflammation or reduce the risk of disease.

Eat right and also eat on time. Eat healthy by having a balanced meal nutritiously filled with essential nutrition. Eat right by eating only as much as required without overeating just to satisfy taste buds. Eat right by avoiding junk food as much as possible especially early in the morning and when hungry during mealtime. Eat right by having lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat right by including dryfruits, green vegetables, sprouts, etc in your daily diet.
