On making Online payment APDCL is charging 1% extra from consumers. This is demotivating to use digital method of payment. In fact it should be encouraged by giving rebate if payment is made online, or at least no extra charge.

As the service of apdcl in assam getting poor day by day kindly transfer the electricity department to some other private party like Tata and Reliance in low rate otherwise due to frequent load shedding it creates havoc among Assam people because lack of electricity not going to help in economic growth in Assam and industry also don't want to invest as my suggestion is make the electricity department private and save Assam then work will be more efficient.

First of all their is lots of power cuts in my place dadara under kamrup district, which they generally cuts during night time which make villagers feeling uncomfortable during night kindly take this things into your consideration.best option is solar lights but after installation of solar lights maintenance is required but solar lights installed nearby Amingaon in front of law university is not working kindly take this into your consideration.

When APDCL was created, its primary mission was to bring electricity efficiently to all Assameses at a reasonable cost. The company has now become a machine for politicians to maintain their position in power, at the expense of taxpayers.

The service is bad and inefficient, the company is in red numbers and the taxpayers suffer the consequences of that. PRIVATIZE THAT USELESS BEHEMOTH NOW! Or politicians are so corrupted that they still want to use that decadent company as source of loot?
