To bring in more transparency in governance and to increase citizen-government interaction, a Unified State Portal for the Government of Assam (www.assam.gov.in) will be developed. With top priority in digitising all departmental work process, facilitate citizens to have easy access to information and to highlight activities of different departments and agencies, the single digital platform is being envisaged to cater to these aims.

To make this portal more user friendly, appealing and easily identifiable to different segments, designs are sought for making a Home Page for the Unified State Portal for the Government of Assam from citizens through MyGov Assam. Selected entries will be duly acknowledged and certified.

The provided image depicts the culture of Assam.The national emblem of india and map of Assam is also given there.
The cm and governer of the state welcome to the state portal of assam.
Many options like ads,tenders,announcements,notices is also given.
The gallery with swipe feature is also given which will represent culture of assam by images.
The upper part of site is blue colored which represents the abundance of water of brahmputra river.In the end links to others are given.
