Which is the ideal location to hoist our National Flag in Guwahati?

The Tricolor should be hoisted in the middle of mighty Brahmaputra near the statue of Lachit Barphukan.

The permanent national flag as proposed should be hoisted atop of Sarania Hill.
Nilachal hill may also be considered as one of the alternate sites .☺☺

As per my Opinion Flag should be Hoist in Jalukabri, And the Jalukbari Chowk should be renamed as LACHIT CHOWK.

I think, the Indian National Flag should be hoisted atop Sarania hills, at Gandhi Mandap.

To get maximum visibility, the flag must be hoisted atop a hill, just like the Doordarshan tower.
