Dear Sir,

It's good to see that your government is using technology for good governance.

For last few years I have been working in char areas. I feel that your Samagra Gramya Unnayan Yojana can change the fate of impoverished char dwellers. I have the following suggestions:

1) Organic farming can be easily promoted island char villages. Please go for it.

2) Incorporate Disaster Risk Reduction strategy in every development initiatives.

Regards,
Abdul Kalam Azad

For Development of Villages, select Apolitical, educated individuals from the village. I will be more concerned about my home, not someone from 500 KM away. The selection process should be unbiased and apolitical. Officers from Guwahati are Posted by the Previous Govt. and we know their selection procedure, that is why you are here today.Silchar Pharmacy Institute Vacancies filled by Transfer and vacant post are filled in GMC Institute of Pharmacy, then the Transferred lecturer act as Visitors.

Dear Sir,

I would like to discuss few things on education-
Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) is mandatory to get an entry for Teachers. Therefore I would request you to organise TET every year (Like NET, SLET etc) So that all the aspirants can apply for the Teachers. In our current system one TET has been organised in 2013. After that we have not found any TET examination

My village my idea . First my village would be fully governed by itself. Committees like village development , village Child care and protection , survey and planning ,village education, Health and sanitation , tax collection, village Digital awareness committee etc. First we will conduct a survey program on farming land and form different farming groups on different farmings such as milk production, vegetables production , poultry farming, fishery farming etc. With some training programs.

Instead of trying to spread mono culture as like Tea and Rubber Garden in Assam, necessary steps should be taken to identify and evaluate each plant species of the State on the basis of ecological and economical (Food, Medicine, Fodder etc.)value. And, then we should develop proper strategies for conservation and sustainable utilisation of the same resources which will ensure both the natural environment of the State and livelihood of the rural people.
