It is possible to implement that for Assam and the government can assure Assamese people that the districts where number of Assamese speakers is less than Bangla speakers, there the population will be distributed carefully. The reduction from 1971 to 2014 brings a difference to the number announced by the completed NRC. Please assure that the excess number of population will not be burdened on Assam only. I now (NRC) its very hard to understand but its not an Impossible work or word to accept it, Every country has a rule of its own country whether it be Pakistan or America. No country will take burden of any person who is not belonging from his own countrty @ so than why INDIA? INDIA will accept those INDIANS whose birth place is INDIA,and not to them who are living in INDIA for last 100 years, but doesn't have documents. to proof.IF I say I am your Father will you accept me?NO YOU will ask proof
