চাহ উদ্যোগে অসমৰ অৰ্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নৰ দিশত গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ ভূমিকা পালন কৰি আহিছে। চাহৰ ঘৰুৱা ব্যৱহাৰ আৰু ৰপ্তানিৰ জৰিয়তে অসমে যথেষ্ট ৰাজহ লাভ কৰি আহিছে। ২০২২ চনত অসমত চাহৰ উৎপাদন ৭০০ নিযুত কিল’গ্ৰামলৈ বৃদ্ধি পায়। ই হৈছে ভাৰতৰ উৎপাদনৰ ৫২%।
