To establish Panchayati Raj in village first of all education for everybody must be assured. Without education no system can be successful. Fund supply from government to directly Pancayat will be misused without proper educated person. Accountability to every member of pancayat must be established to stop corruption. Health and education are needed to make healthy to establish healthy Pancayat Raj.

There are many more problems in the village,I think there should be every month surveillance in the villages by government officials,so that the panchayats of the villages not do any type of corruption or they dont take wrong decions.first of all chief minister of respestive states should make a body comprising of some ministers who will check every decision of panchayat.panchayat of every village should be atleast graduate.education system of villages should be improved and their labour wages.
