Yoga which originated in India, is a discipline of physical, mental and spiritual healing practices. Since the ancient times, the practice of Yoga is deep-rooted in our Indian culture, that manifests the unification of the mind and body for a greater physical and spiritual well-being. Yoga is so profound in our culture that there are yoga gurus who have dedicated their life to master the art of Yoga. Although, mostly prevalent in India, it is now becoming popular in the western counties as well, specially after Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi started celebrating June 21 as the International Day of Yoga since 2015.
