Making his escape from the dark alleys of drug addiction was not easy. After facing much struggles and losing nearly everything, Simanta Das found inspiration from the Y2K rumours of the new millennium to rise from the deep pits and restore his life with new vigour. He is now the director of Sobreity Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the wellness of drug addicts.
