In order to contain the spread of COVID-19 among people, countries all over the world are observing partial or complete lockdown, thus bringing an abrupt change to our regular way of living. We are suddenly obliged to stay indoors for our own safety as well that of others. While a new change might bring a lot of challenges, it is also true that it had some positive sides and may have more. From making us aware of the importance of using our resources carefully to giving us an opportunity to connect with our inner selves, this crucial period has taught us to appreciate life as it is. As we move forward with hope, we can now apply whatever we learnt from this situation to other aspects of life in the near future as well.

Maintaining a calm and balanced mental health is far more important in this lockdown and pandemic crisis period as a lot of negative feelings can revolve in our mind and head. Regular Meditation, yoga, enhancing our existing skillsets and by learning new skill-sets, we can improve our knowledge and maintain physical health. Planning and creating a strategy to have more than 1 source of income can definitely be a good decision post-pandemic crisis.

Meditation, yoga, good healthy food, family engagement, engage with favourite hobbies, social distancing and healthy and safe practices can lead to a safe and prosperous life.

We should maintain WHO and Government Notification. There should be awareness to the people regerding COVID19.

There should be maintain Social Distancing and use Musk. There should be door to door censor for COVID19. People should stay Home and save life. Then there will be benefitted no viruses will attack.

इन आंशिक रूप में निर्धारित बंदिशें हम इंसानों के हित में ही नियम बनके उभर आया है।इस बात को अपने जीवन में सही तरह से समझ लेने में ही हमारी भलाई है और साथ ही अपने परिवार के हित में ही है। सरकार हमारी भलाई के लिए ही यह निर्णय लिया है कि अपनी सामाजिक दूरी बरतकर ही हम कोरोना वायरस से निजात पा सकते हैं, वरना असंभव है इस महामारी से डटकर मुक़ाबला करना...! यह समय एक मौका है सकारात्मक सोच को बढ़ावा देकर अपने वतन को और मजबूत बनाने का...।कभी नकारात्मक प्रभाव को हवा न देकर सही निर्णय लेने का।
